Please use the email address registered to your account where possible. Include the relevant question number, test name or screenshot if it helps us understand the issue. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, patient-identifiable information or confidential clinical material.
Response times
We aim to acknowledge routine enquiries within five working days. Privacy requests are handled within the timescales required by applicable data-protection law.
